Option 2: Boiler Home Protection Plan
For customers with hot water boilers, this plan is for you! When you sign up for our Boiler Home Maintenance Plan, you’ll receive annual visits for the following:

- Indoor Air Quality, Electrical, and Plumbing Safety Inspection

Option 3: Home Protection Plan Plus
This plan is especially designed for our customers with up to two forced air furnaces and/or boilers and up to two air conditioning units. When you sign up for our Home Protection Plan Plus, you’ll receive annual visits for the following:
